Training: Day 46
On the schedule: Bike 40 minutes, Swim 900 yards
NOT ONLY was it unbelievably hot and humid this morning… I also had to study for a quiz, so I rode the bike at the gym. I know that’s totally not the same as getting out on my ~real bike, but at least I’m working the same muscles, right?
Anyways—I rode… Oh goodness, I believe it was 10.41 miles in 50 minutes. And as I rode I studied for my quiz (which I got a 100 on), so yay :)
I was FINALLY able to get to the pool today. I swam for 40 minutes. I didn’t really concern myself with counting laps or watching the time all that much… So I have no idea how far I swam. I just… swam. It was kind of nice.
I should probably aim to get back to the pool tomorrow, but… we’ll see.
