Training: Day 21

On the schedule: Run 40 minutes, Swim 750 yards

I woke up this morning around 9:30, ate breakfast and went to run and swim and wasn’t out of the shower until 3:15. Crazy.

Anyways.

Run stats:

Distance: 5 miles.
Pace: 11:24.
Duration: 57:12.

Swim:

20 minutes.
800 yards.

Hope you guys have had a good day—I’ve been celebrating my favorite band with a lot of my friends today. The Cab. Shameless plug, but check them out if you haven’t heard of them! They’re awesome :)
