Training: Day 19

On the schedule: Strength

Today was a lot busier than I really intended for it to be in terms of the workout… Oops?

I went to the gym and did the elliptical for 10 minutes, walked the track for 10 minutes, ran the track for 10 minutes, then did my strength work.

And then I went to the pool since I couldn’t yesterday. I swam 20 laps (1,000 yards) in 28 minutes.

That’s that… Needless to say, I’m exhausted.

I have a serious passion for running and eating. Not at the same time, though.
