Training: Day 52
On the schedule: Run 20 minutes
Tropical Depression Beryl came through today… meaning it rained allllll day long. So I was forced to the gym to run, but it was muggy at any rate, so I didn’t mind.

Training: Day 46
On the schedule: Bike 40 minutes, Swim 900 yards
NOT ONLY was it unbelievably hot and humid this morning… I also had to study for a quiz, so I rode the bike at the gym. I know that’s totally not the same as getting out on my ~real bike, but at least I’m working the same muscles, right?

On the schedule: Run 20 minutes, Strength workout
Strength is really challenging for me when the gym is closed. So… I haven’t done it yet. I might before I get in bed… but let’s be honest, I probably won’t.

Today mostly was a rest day.

I did go out for a run around 5:30 because I had been studying for a few hours and I was starting to go stir crazy.
