Training: Day 52
On the schedule: Run 20 minutes
Tropical Depression Beryl came through today… meaning it rained allllll day long. So I was forced to the gym to run, but it was muggy at any rate, so I didn’t mind.

I did go out for a run around 5:30 because I had been studying for a few hours and I was starting to go stir crazy.

When I woke up this morning, not only did it look like the sky was about to fall, but it just looked hot.
I was right.
It was so muggy outside I felt like I was swimming through the air.

Stats:
Distance: 5.50 miles. Pace: I’m not entirely sure because I ran about 3.80 miles and walked the rest. Duration: 45 minutes running, 35 minutes walking.

I didn’t update yesterday, I know, my bad, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t work out.

I was skeptical about biking in Raleigh, so I opted for a fake bike ride instead.
I ran from my house to the gym, which was about 2.25 miles. The run there took about 25 minutes. When I got there I biked for 35 minutes, 8 miles, 4:47 pace, and did sit ups/ab stuff, then ran home which took about 25 minutes as well.
